Little Mole and Stars

  • The Blind Little Mole, who has lived all his life in the countryside, sets off for his first adventure in the city. Along the way, animals of all shapes and sizes guide him to safety. As Little Mole arrives in the city, there is a power outage, and soon Little Mole finds himself becoming the “twinkling star” for the citizens…

    This is a subtly sweet story of how a community can unite despite each individual's differences.

  • Chang Li (writer) is a children's literature writer and doctor of literature. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Humanities of Zhejiang Normal University and a tutor for master's students in children's literature.

    Toyou, a.k.a. Taoyu LI (illustrator) received a BA and an MA degree in illustration from the University of Arts London, UK. His works have been exhibited globally, such as in China, Britain, and Poland. Moreover, he has won numerous international awards, most notably the Creative Quarterly 52 Winner Award (USA). He was recently awarded in 2022 as part of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Illustrators’ Exhibition.
