I’m A Tiger, Who Am I Scared Of?

  • This is a story that teaches children about empathy. In the story, Tiger believes it is “The King of the Forest” and has become an arrogant, reckless bully, just like a troublemaking child. The story raises the following questions: Are these bullies afraid of anything? Would they like it if they were treated the way they treat others?

  • Zumin WANG is born in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, and graduated from the arts school at Nanjing Normal University. He has worked as an art editor at Jiangsu Phoenix Juvenile and Children’s Publishing since 1984 and is now a senior editor. He has been engaged in illustration creation for children’s books for years and won the UNESCO’s Noma Children’s Book Award in 1990. His picture books for children have been published in the US, Italy, Germany, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. I Am a Tiger, Who Am I Scared Of? entered the Bologna Illustration Exhibition in 2016.
