Dad’s Hilltop Tea Garden

  • The story is set at a high altitude, on rolling mountains, with ideal conditions for growing tea. This is the most fertile plantation that Dad has ever tended, his pride and joy. As he waits for a bumper harvest, the plantation is a perfect playground for my younger brother and me. In the story, we run into many exciting friends while picking tea, playing, and having fun.

  • Bin XU (writer) was born in the 1980s and is a native of the Tujia family. He is a children's book and magazine editor, a parent-child reading practitioner, and an advocate for children's reading.

    Yin YU (illustrator) has worked as a freelance artist since graduating from the China Academy of Art. She also received various awards and nominations, including the Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Award.
