MAE BESOM
Mae Besom is a Chinese illustrator and nature lover.
In 2014, her illustrations for author Kobi Yamada’s picture book, What Do You Do With An Idea became a best-seller, with sales exceeding 350,000 copies.
It also ranked on the list of The New York Times Best Seller of Children’s Picture-Book.
In 2019, Besom volunteered in documenting wildlife in Xinjiang (XUAR),and established the environmental protection agency “Guarding the Wilderness.”
