Wei JIA (writer) is an experienced kindergarten teacher and a mother of one son. She loves writing stories for children and has published over 10 books.

Chengliang ZHU (illustrator) is one of China’s best children’s book illustrators. His famous work Reunion (《团圆》) has been published in over 10 countries and won numerous prizes, including The New York Times TOP 10 Children’s Books 2011, the 1st Feng Zikai Chinese Children's Picture Book Award, and the Chen Bochui International Children’s Literature Prize. His illustrations were included in the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition 2017. He is now working with many publishers in China and abroad, including Walker Books.
